Sending emails to my school’s families has never been easier or looked better. Chrone offers a variety of services and information that I use on a daily basis. I can’t imagine life without out. There is no better CRM out there. Sadly this great tool has been abused by so many companies to produce a bunch of “box-checking”-actors. It doesn’t have to be like this. I tried deleting them off my google page and it keeps being put back on my business page. I asked them to delete everything and don’t get in your response. The only response to respond to is if I wanted to sign up. I feel like they took over my google business page. I don’t suggest tring them out. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE COMPANY *2024-12-05, version 7.0.3* If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not work with these people. They are deplorable human beings who steal your money without your consent. They can’t take no for an answer when they aren’t producing results and choose to keep taking money from you instead of being ethical. They handle cancellations like sore losers. Do not work with them I am begging you. ### 1/5 — disappointed *2024-09-25, version 7.0.1* During the 2weeks trial was good. But after started paying for the services, they didn't remember that I've already shared all my clients confidential information. And set up wrong area for mapping(Local SEO). And the campaign they suggested didn't work at all. My suggestions were ignored even though I'm the business owner. Kept asking me different type of marketing which cost me extra. So happy to stop paying for this service anymore. ### 1/5 — My experience *2024-07-29* They built a website for me. But I came upon some difficulty and needed to just end the subscription. Had $1300 in car fees and needed to recover from that. I asked them to no longer debit my account. And remove the subscription via the Chrone app, and several emails . I finally got smart enough to close the account where the debit was coming from , still getting emails at the attempt to take money after requesting several times to end the subscription and for them to delete my account. They initially did a good thing but poor business. Beware they will still take your money— and won’t relinquish your google profile over to you. Hopefully now I have their attention! ### 1/5 — Disappointed from the apps *2024-06-01, version 5.4.0* I donnot want to give even 1 star. I deeply regret believing in CHRONE; it's a scam. I usually don't trust online marketing, but somehow, I fell for their free 14-day trial. They were very nice initially, but eventually, they started taking my clients from Google and sending them to me. When I found out and asked to cancel, they complied, but it turned into a nightmare. Since then, I haven't received any phone calls from Google or bookings through my website. Despite multiple calls to them, and their assurance that all landing pages and changes were removed, my clients haven't returned. I don't know what to do. Please, do not trust the app called CHRONE. It's a scam, and they operate from India. Beware of this scam. I still believe they are controlling my page. Going to call google for help. ### 1/5 — Do never work with them they scam *2024-05-28, version 5.3.1* They are scam they keep my account locked ### 1/5 — scam and will try to make your buisness fail. *2024-01-28, version 4.3.2* i signed up for the trial. and after the trial i de used not to continue. i was offered discounted rates, still opted out. everyday i log on to google and check my buisness listing, their version of my website pops up. i change it back to my original website and they go back and switch it. the problem with this is they are getting the “leads” to go through them and telling me to pay them to unlock the leads. i have asked continuously to remove and delete the website and they stopped replying. awful ethics and company. if u want your google presence stolen work with them. otherwise do not even waste your time. ### 5/5 — Really helpful team *2025-01-18, version 7.0.5* They have helped me so much with my google presence, their team is so helpful and amazing ❤️ ### 5/5 — Can’t believe I actually got clients *2024-09-23, version 7.0.0* Absolutely love their app and whatever it does - I got new clients to my salon within a week of signing up and they now just keep coming.
