Now I can track my b12, folate  and calcium intake from my diet with confidence. Also I  have a great way to keep my medical records. Love that , well thought off, Also Ava remembers conversations quite in detail.

Honestly i can’t rate this app enough. This was recommend by my mums doctor in other to help keep track of her symptoms and medications, and not only has this made things a lot more easier for her but also met people on the app with similar diagnosis who has helped with tips on how to manage her condition better and also gave her a sense of community
