Pretty garbage software that will work half the time on the desktop and 2% of the time on the phone... it just stopped letting me log into the phone app all of the sudden and I haven’t been able to use it for days... I feel like chronicle owes me for the amount of time I have lost to it 1/10...

Your app has to be, by far, the worst piece of garbage anyone has ever created. You've made field work an absolute nightmare. Six complete database loads to put a picture in a job file? Someone really needs to re-think the way this app is set up. We don't need to load 9000 jobs real time every time we want to do something. That's just illogical. Seriously.

Chronicle could be one of the buggiest apps I have ever used. Not even worth the effort to use. App is clunky, out of date and constantly inconsistent. Possible one of the worst business apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. If you want to set your business back 10 years, then use freely.

Can't add jobs from the field. When trying to add a labor to existing job can't change date, can't add a department, can't select an activity, and when you try to add an employee the app keeps crashing.

App works great at the office. Once I leave it never opens up. Even if I'm hooked up to another wifi 

Fix the glitches and it's the perfect operating system

Useful for only getting the basic information. -You can upload photos to a job but it only works 1 out of the 2 ways it has and if you choose the wrong one the photos don’t even upload.
-Using the gps functionality link to this brings you the specific street but not the actual address
-Crashes after doing certain tasks, like sending an email (at least it sent the email, I’ll give it that)
I believe with some more fine tuning this could be a decent app but I would Only use this version of it if you need basic job information and can’t access the desktop version
