I’ve been using this app with my new employer to check in and out daily, but it’s been a frustrating experience due to several serious issues:

1.The app crashes at least three times every time I use it. This happens after I’ve already taken two photos to check in, forcing me to start over.
2.The same crashing issue occurs when I try to check out.
3.Viewing the timesheet is a gamble, as the app crashes randomly with no apparent pattern or reason.
4.Every time I open the app, it prompts me to update, even though I’m running the latest version with auto-update enabled.
5.Overall, the app seems to have a mind of its own. I haven’t had a single session without multiple crashes.

This isn’t an issue specific to my device, as I’m running the latest software. Other users at my workplace are experiencing the same problems.

This app desperately needs a complete overhaul to make it functional. I’m surprised it’s even allowed on the App Store, as its instability makes it practically unusable.

This app is very slow and makes a lot of mistakes, my timesheet hasn’t been correct on multiple occasions.

The chronicle mobile app is one of the easiest clocking apps I’ve used in my life. Always accurate and easy to use. 

The app sometimes is a bit slow but nothing you can really complain about 

10/10
