Since last update, E-edition will not load.  The APP Is pointless if I can’t read the news.

Agree, the current edition doesn't always load.  The Chronicle needs to fix. I'm going to start posting every time it doesn't load.  Starting with today, Merry Christmas.

Since 12/29/25 the app won’t display updated content. It seems to be stuck on Monday 12/29. I’ve called the office and they admit there is an issue with the app and suggested I go to the website instead. That’s a total inconvenience! I pay to read the app! They should be offering credit for the inconvenience!!

When the edition loads it's great. The problem is at least once a week it won't work. Someone needs to update this app and create the necessary bug fixes!

This is not a good app for iPad. It was last updated a year ago. I frequently cannot make it download the current edition. It defaults to the last edition read or the previous day's.

I made reading the CT on my iPad a regular part of my morning routine years ago. I love the convenience and the availability. However, recently its performance has degraded. Many of the photos and sometimes even the articles are blurry beyond readability. To fix this I have to close the app and re-open it. When I re-open it I have to enter my username and password again. Why doesn’t the app permanently remember my username & password? Please correct these annoyances.
