My issue is that the developers don’t seem to fully understand how to support older users or handle situations where someone loses access to their device but still needs to recover their account easily. For example, I had over $200 in my account. I requested a withdrawal and it went through, but after I lost my device, I couldn’t access my account anymore. Even though my phone number was linked, the account ended up being disabled. So just a heads-up to anyone using the platform: be cautious. Situations like losing your device can make it difficult to regain access to your account and your funds.
