Chrono Buoy is a quiet awareness-anchor app for meditation, guided dreaming preparation, sleep preparation, relaxation, and focused work.

Choose a session intent, set the length, and let Chrono Buoy provide soft visual motion with optional chimes, spoken phrases, and haptic cues. Fixed cues offer a steady rhythm, while Drift cues arrive at softer, less predictable intervals.

Customize spoken prompts and voice settings for each session type, then save short private notes to the local logbook when a session ends.

Session types include Meditation Anchor, Guided Dreaming, OBE, Drift, Sleep Prep, and Focus.

Chrono Buoy does not require an account and stores session notes locally on your device.
