DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ATLEAST A STAR

I got double charged PLENTY times! And Sometimes when I recharge Diamonds, the diamonds aren’t going in to my account, yet my bank still got charged. When I requested for a refund, I received a notification that my account will get banned. I love and enjoying this game, BUT THIS IS NOT RIGHT!! Please address my concern! Your customer service is not replying!!

Update:
I’m willing to repay my refunded amount even if its NOT MY FAULT. but when I tried to online my acc, its already BANNED! 24 HRS WASN’T OVER YET.

i noticed the stolen/ai art part even before i tried the game. the styles are all inconsistent across the board, and i noticed that in one of the thumbnails on the app store that there was a major inconsistency with the eyeballs on one of the characters. the game itself is also completely different than the gameplay that’s shown on the game page. this was entirely disappointing.
