Chrono24 is notoriously slow at resolving customer issues / complaints / system issues so no surprise that this hasn’t been resolved yet.

Man möchte zwischendurch kurz ein Angebot annehmen oder bearbeiten und senden und es geht einfach nicht. Leider bleibt die App auf dem iPhone an dauernd hängen oder die eingegebenen Daten verschwinden wieder und man kann es erneut probieren. Letztendlich nutzt man genervt den Desktop. Ist Chrono bekannt, geändert wird aber leider nichts.

As the title says. Been needing an app for ages as it logs you out of the website after a few hours. Saves me a few seconds every day.

It’s a shame they’ve our their fees up so high recently that they’re losing UK dealers every day. I accept most of my payments on competing platforms now whereas 2 years ago sales on C24 were doing great. 

While your app is fantastic, I’d rather you put the money into sorting out your fees! 6-7% is far too high.
