## What is Chronolog?

Ever wondered as an employer, CEO or HR Manager how you could monitor the attendance of your employees, track their schedules, know the total hours worked, days present and absent at any given time and do much more, all from the comfort of your home or office? Chronolog-E is a smatter and simpler way to achieve all that. Its location sensitive features prevent users from clocking outside a specified location/region. It is fast, secure, reliable and available on other platforms.


With Chronolog-E you can: 

* Register all branches of your organization (with GPS location and maximum clocking distance, within which all staff should be, in order to clock in or out).
* Create any number of units or departments in each branch and set their GPS location and maximum clocking distance (different from branch).
* Assign users special privileges to some or all features of the system
* Update employee schedule as and when it changes.
* Enable secure clocking (validation via Fingerprint) to ensure that the right person is clocking in and out.
* Allow secure clocking by employees without smart phones using the facial recognition clocking feature
* Generate individual and collective attendance report for any period.
* Save generated reports as PDF or HTML and share them. 
* Track activities of users on the system (Audit Trail).
* Call, text and email users directly from the app
