App is solid, but recent issue has led to inconsistent tracking

I love this app and use it everyday, but in the last day or two, I have been running into this issue where entries are not being preserved upon closing and re-entering the app. This inconsistency has been very frustrating and I have been forced to use an alternative app in the meantime. Please fix this issue so I can return to tracking every day with this app! Thank you.

EDIT: Looks like the issue has been remediated with the most recent update, so I am changing my review to a 5!
