When attempting to get instructions for Bluetooth pairing, the app asks questions about your vehicle and phone. However, the app doesn’t seem to know that Apple makes phones. Blue fire. *2018-12-12, version 1.9.0* My Chrysler 2015, 200c, blue fire. This is what I call my baby. I used to drive a 2003 olds alero with transmission problems, I did that for 10 long months, until one day I had it. When to a used car dealer to “see” another car. My Chrysler had just arrive to the lot when I see it, I felt in love with it. The sun was hitting it and thru the glass it looked like a blue flame. My 200 has all I need to travel on the road with ease. Heated seats, tilt steering, cruise control, gps, a great sound system and best of all the power. V6 engine. So far no problems with it. A little vibration when over 90 mph but thats the tires need balancing. After submitting a picture of a support agent told me to allow 24-48 hours for the app to update. Seeing as how that was a month ago and no change in what I’m able to view I would assume that it’s safe to say nothing was done. I’ve tried to reach out several times to get this issue resolved, not a single response. I’m deleting this app because it’s a waste of time. Try again later. Been like this for a week! But then at the start of the process it says online service IS available. Please fix!! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2018-12-05, version 1.9.0* Had a somewhat rocky start: its camera did not read the VIN and I had to enter it manually. I did and then it “found my vehicle”. Then it asked for a nickname for it. As there was no option to skip that test I chose a nickname. And then: nothing. Rock bottom it is. You can’t move away from that page. Scrolling, shrinking, rotating or closing the app do not help: it does not move and then reopens right there again. I have spent 20 minutes of my life so that I can open this app and stare at the newly christened nickname any time I want. He was awesome. The van was ready, clean, battery fully charged and full tank of gas. I feel my deal was great. I fully recommend this dealership and I’m sure all their salespeople are good but if you can, ask for Mike, he’ll treat you right. ### 5/5 — Loving my 2021 Crystler 300 *2022-07-22, version 2.0.34* This car really turns head especially win it comes out the car wash, it looks like black glass, with the red leather interior OMG. And the performance is amazing when I step on the gas it takes off like the GOD of speed . I love this this car. The ride, comfort and practicality are spot-on. Having that awesome flip ’n fold seating makes this a good people mover, and lots of them, as well as a spacious hauler. The fuel mileage blows away the less roomy SUV’s and pick-up trucks that are all the rage these days and another hidden bonus, police don't seem to notice if I happen to be faster than legal. The only thing my Pacifica lacks is AWD or 4WD but that was then. My Jeep GC’s between this van and the others sort of spoiled me for 4WD but the thinkers at Chrysler now have that covered. All-in-all this first year Pacifica has been painless as far as troubles. So trouble-free in fact I might have to dig for some cash to upgrade to the latest and greatest Pacifica. ### 5/5 — Excellence *2019-12-10, version 1.9.7* This app is excellent at keeping up to date records on maintenance of my 300!
