Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to offer new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve.

I have been unable to remove my old vehicle, nor does it allow me to add my new one.  I tried calling the customer service number, only to be told over and over that they can’t help me.  I have never encountered an app so useless.

…The app won’t link you to where to go or who to call, seems stupid. “call Uconnect Care or login to your owner site but we won’t give you any phone numbers or links to owners sites…”

I’ve been using the Chrysler app since I got my car. However, it needs features to update faster. My app keeps showing an error message that my car doesn’t have. I’ve been trying to clear it for months, but it’s still there. I took it to the dealership, but they said that my car doesn’t have the error. I need a faster response and a better view of the app. I also want to be able to customize and remove options. Uconnect was way better. Maybe they should add a SOS mode to the app, a faster location response, and seat cooling for the passenger and driver. They should also add steering heating and the ability to turn on the AC. Other car apps offer better options for less money. It need a lot of improvements!

My 2021 Chrysler 300S with the HEMI is the best sedan I have ever owned. I just drove hundreds of miles on two lane roads and having the ability to pass quickly was wonderful. We took the 300 on a family road trip instead of our new Subaru SUV because it is more comfortable and does better in the wind. I wish I had bought another 300!

For some reason all the service records for my car have disappeared, except for one oil change that was done while traveling in another state.
I guess I can enter them by hand as I have all the paperwork for each service, but that seems crazy to have to do that.
