However, it needs features to update faster. My app keeps showing an error message that my car doesn’t have. I’ve been trying to clear it for months, but it’s still there. I took it to the dealership, but they said that my car doesn’t have the error. I need a faster response and a better view of the app. I also want to be able to customize and remove options. Uconnect was way better. Maybe they should add a SOS mode to the app, a faster location response, and seat cooling for the passenger and driver. They should also add steering heating and the ability to turn on the AC. Other car apps offer better options for less money. But once you command start your vehicle using the app, there is only a few seconds to confirm that it has been started and then the screen returns to normal. Did the update, and now I don’t have the ability to use any functions on it. It doesn’t even give me the options, they’re just gone from the screen. I rely on my app in the winter because my car is parked too far from where I am to start it via key. I really enjoyed having the app but now that it’s not working I don’t really want to pay for it. The UI is convoluted, and I don't like seeing ads for other Chrysler stuff. I tried calling the customer service number, only to be told over and over that they can’t help me. I had to create new accounts multiple times, and when i press ‘forgot password’, it sends an email to me- to verify the change. But they didn’t make this process any more bearable. I can enter my log in and password but the log in button does not work. If you try to go to app support and click to send an email, it goes to a poorly formatted page of randomness. I just drove hundreds of miles on two lane roads and having the ability to pass quickly was wonderful. We took the 300 on a family road trip instead of our new Subaru SUV because it is more comfortable and does better in the wind.
