The Chubb App every 3-4 months (because the Chubb App seldom gets updated) just has a wheel spinning when trying to login. It is especially frustrating as the SafeLane is part of the App. I receive notices from Chubb that I have not driven my vehicle, but in fact, I have. USAA is able to record my driving activities but Chubb cannot because its App is outdated relative to the Apple iOS. Their app rarely works well and when they supposedly “upgrade” it they actually make it worse.
