I bought 3 and added on my email and instead of getting the benefit for each I only get one. My kids get upset and fight among each other avout who is getting it. Now I’m over paying and not getting all the benefit of the pass. Cheese after playing got in line to get our prizes. I was told that the item we wanted was cash only and directed to go to the other line and there was five families in front of me. It took over a half hour just to buy Chuck E Cheese plushie. Pretty annoying and most annoying the response I received from the cashier. Customer service sucks! When asked if they could overide and subtract the price for the cheese bread, since the coupon was still valid, they said no they couldn’t do it, so therefore we COULDN’T use the coupon!! ### 1/5 — Worst app! They autoplay, block content, and make the site frustrating to use. Instead of improving the experience, they drive users away. And for every click, I have to select the cookie preferences. Once I select my cookie preferences, those should be saved in my profile, but it keeps asking it for every page I visit, same thing with the location selection.
