Once it loads the home screen I press the ‘view or pay bill’ button and I wait some more. It usually freezes at this point and I have to start over but if I get past that I press the ‘view/pay bill’ button (why are there two buttons with the same title I don’t know) after that, you guessed it, I wait. I often have to start over from here as well. after waiting another eternity I must press the ‘pay bill button’ another redundant button with a very similar title. After waiting yet again and praying that it doesn’t freeze I can finally pay my bill…if it doesn’t fail to connect which leads to starting over and waiting yet again. Even after I pay I’m not really sure it went through until I receive an email thanking me for my payment because the app is still loading the thank you message. It took me over an hour to pay my bill using this month after all the waiting, freezing, starting over, and failing to connect. ### 1/5 — Fix this garbage *2023-01-10, version 1.0* Most of the time you can’t even login at all.
