For instance, while shopping, I am unable to see my cart unless I click on a product and get the option of add to cart. Additionally, even after adding items to my cart, it still shows 0 items. I also had a voucher with Chumbak, something along the lines of #WithChumbak where I had some good amount of loyalty points but any time I tried applying the coupon I kept getting the error which constantly prompted me to login when I already was logged in! Please look into these minor inconveniences because they truly can irk a customer! ### 1/5 — App issues *2021-03-10, version 2.0.17* Issues: 1) There is no search button 2) Navigation is difficult, have to keep pressing the back button 3) Shopping Cart is not visible through out the app 4) I selected one item and dropped it into the shopping bag for checkout but the shopping bag showed Zero items as the number in the display 5) I went from the cart to proceed for purchase, it asked me to enter my address, after I entered my address it said there is not item in your shopping bag! I had to go back and re enter all the details in another section then find the same item and drop it into the cart again for purchase because the shopping bag showed 0 items were in my cart! But when I selected the item and went into the cart it showed the item was still there! (It just opened app store) Search option to search products. Filter apparels based on kinds as well. Its such a bad place to shop online. Neither my items got delivered, and it was a prepaid order. I had to email thrice to get a reply and they told me it was now out of stock. They also sent a defective piece. You don’t get the discounts shown on screen too. Its better they stick to offline instead of spoiling their name. They just get the money and send damaged product. It’s 2021 how is anything so slow?? I can’t even access the bag anymore; I have to put something in the bag and then later remove it just to see the bag icon on top right of the screen. Also, randomly some product videos start playing. All the products you have aren’t even easily accessible anymore cz the design is so poor. Using your app is exhausting. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF CHUMBAK IN THIS CORONA SEASON. I ordered a watch on April 18 and it was delivered thru ecom express by few day but I didn’t get the item. When I track my order it is saying that it was returned to Chumbak Bangalore. Then I contacted ecom express customer service they told that they can’t do anything please contact Chumbak centre. From the day itself I am trying to contact Chumbak thru their number and mailid they are not answering my request and not picking up the call. There is no option for pay back option and also no customer support system. Local apps consist of atleast customer support or chat but I felt surprised since well known Chumbak has no such system. Worst app I ever used. I am writing this review to get a view from Chumbak authorities. Please repay my money otherwise send by item back. I didn’t felt such an unhappy experience for any site.
