It didn’t accept my bank card. Now I need to pay for the Women’s Retreat registration and using a different debit card. It is still declining me. So I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Still no success. ### 4/5 — Group chat issues *2025-10-09* Really like the app. The #1 feedback we get is regarding the group chat function. There really needs to be a way to label conversations within the group so members can respond to specific conversation chains. And including badges in notifications…not just banners. My wife’s account won’t download daily devotional until the end of the week when it dumps them all in. Trying to delete her account and email to do so never comes through. Some areas are hit and miss like graphics showing up in the events. Some will some won’t without rhyme or reason. We stopped using the prayer wall because there is never a notification that some has posted in it. We were excited to be able to create our own group chats but again the notifications are hit and miss. There is no way to edit your posts in groups or reply to a particular comment. The appearance of our app is phenomenal. It just needs to be more functional in terms of communication among members. ### 4/5 — pretty good *2025-02-09* though this platform is great, there are still some issues to work out with app functionality. when accepting requests for groups, i click accept but it constantly loads/spins without the people being added in. it would be nice for the app users to take their own notes that can be saved in the app. still haven’t figured out the purpose of the blog page, might take some research. As an African American church it would be nice to have some options in the graphics that look more like our church members or at least more flexibility to make changes to the defaults so that we can make that happen for ourselves.
