It has often been a bit glitchy, but for the last few weeks it has closed as soon as I open it. Very frustrating as my subscription is running. An update is needed fast.

I purchased a 12 month subscription in March this year. Almost every fortnight since then I have been unable to download the current edition of the newspaper - it just doesn't show in the app.
I have contacted support several times but by the time they reply the edition appears - usually 3-4 dats after publication.
This is not acceptable. I have asked for a refund.

Downloaded the App and although I have a paper and online subscription there is no log in  button, only a button to subscribe.  This should be a free app to all subscribers

I've been using this for 12 months. I have just renewed my subscription but the app doesn't seem to know. Despite 2 emails to the subscription dept, who have apparently passed them to IT/app people still no resolution. This is a joke.
