Bought tickets in  January & still have not showed up in my.  This the only way I can use my tickets, but as April 3 still not showing up in this app.

Last year they had a different app which gave nice info on the horses. This year that app is gone and this one replaces it. This app is useless to anyone just watching the derby at home. ZERO info on the horses. Just info on going there and trying to sell you stuff. Deleted.

Just got this app and I was prepared to be disappointed based on other reviews. But it DOES have horse information (in the Kentucky Derby area, scroll all the way down to the last event (the Derby), click on it, and then click on the white Leaderboard tab at the top. It’s got every horse, with odds, including a note that one has been scratched, and you can click on the horse’s name to see a photo and read about him. (As of May 2024)

I mention this A) to be helpful to other app users and B) to call out the developers for lousy support. Why don’t they respond to user feedback? One reviewer complained that there was no longer any horse info on the app — a 5-star developer would have responded to that person.
