## What is Churchism?

Churchism is church operations software built for the staff and volunteers who keep ministry running. Your church's schedules, people, and worship tools live in one place, and you sign in with your church email so you open right into your own congregation.

SCHEDULING AND SERVINGa
See your serving schedule and department schedules
Accept or decline serving invites with push notifications
Request calendar events for your ministry

PEOPLE AND HOUSEHOLDS
Keep people and household records together
Track membership status, notes, and serving assignments
Collect welcome and connect cards from guests

KIDS CHECK-IN
Check kids in quickly with secure pickup codes
Keep optional medical notes where your team can see them

MUSIC STAND
Pull up songs and music charts, including Google Drive attachments
Mark up charts with your own notes, saved just for you
Turn pages hands-free with optional camera-based gestures. Face movement is processed on your device and never stored or uploaded.

ADMINISTRATION
Import giving records, including Subsplash CSV exports
Submit reimbursement requests with receipt photos
Run reports and control who sees what with permission-based access

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Churchism is not a social network. Each church's data is stored for that church only, and a church administrator creates every account, so there's no public sign-up.

Churchism requires an account from your church administrator.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-29

Staff can manage profile, password, two-factor authentication, notifications, users, roles, security, and online giving setup from the app. Pastors can choose whether new volunteers start as accepted. Compose and send church announcements from iPhone and iPad.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-28

Pastors can hide departments they do not need, manage department heads and volunteers from a department, and add, remove, or filter donation funds. Volunteer departments now come from the teams people serve on. Landscape and Duo layouts show more of the app, and you can pin a fourth tab-bar shortcut. New churches can enroll from the login screen.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-27

Bug fixes and stability. Pending church calendar dates can be edited by the person who submitted them and by pastors. Music Stand and Songs tracks keep playing when the phone is locked. Kids check-in printing no longer hangs after the first batch of labels.

### 1.0 — 2026-10-27
