## What is ChurchMng Admin?

ChurchMng Admin is for the staff and volunteers of churches that use ChurchMng, the church management system. Ask your church administrator for access, then sign in with your cell phone number.

There is no sign-up screen, and that is deliberate: accounts belong to your church, not to the app store. An administrator creates yours on the web platform and chooses exactly what you may do, so one volunteer can ring up coffee, another can run the bookstore, and only the people you trust can issue a refund.

AT THE COUNTER
- Find a family by name or the last four digits of their phone number, type a number by hand, or serve a walk-up with no contact details at all.
- Build the order from your shop's own menu, with sizes, options and special instructions, or scan an item's barcode.
- Take cash, a card, the family's church tab, or a reward the family has earned.
- Text the receipt, or show a QR code the customer can scan, the moment the sale is done.
- Search past orders, open one to see what was in it, and refund it if your administrator allows it.

CARDS, WITHOUT EXTRA HARDWARE
Accept contactless cards, Apple Pay and other digital wallets right on the phone with Tap to Pay on iPhone, on iPhone XS and later. On iPad, pair a Stripe Reader (M2) over Bluetooth. Payments run through your church's own Stripe account and settle directly to the church.

DONATIONS IN PERSON
Record a gift handed over at the counter or the church door, by cash, check or a card tapped on the device, attach it to the donor's family, and text the receipt. It appears in the church's donation records the same minute.

PART OF THE WHOLE SYSTEM
Everything rung up here shows up on the ChurchMng web platform straight away: sales, stock, expenses, family tabs, donations and reports. The platform also handles the family directory, events and retreats, Sunday School, messages and surveys. This app is the counter in your hand.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Your church uses ChurchMng.
- A church administrator has created your account.
- iPhone XS or later for Tap to Pay on iPhone; a Stripe Reader (M2) to take cards on iPad.
- An internet connection.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-24

What's new in 1.1

• Donation screen: record a gift at the church door or the counter by cash, check, or a card or Apple Pay with Tap to Pay on iPhone (on iPad, with a Stripe Reader M2). Link it to the donor's family and text the receipt. Open it from the new side menu.

• Side menu: tap the menu button at the top left to switch shops or churches, collect a donation, open Settings, or log out. The counter keeps your cart while you take a donation.

• Your church decides who takes cards: card payments follow the Card Payments permission your church administrator sets for each shop, and the Donation screen follows Collect Donations. Settings shows what you may do.

• Easier setup for Tap to Pay on iPhone: once your church has accepted Apple's terms, setup connects for every operator. Only a church that has never accepted them is asked for an administrator.
