Every time I tried to enter and save the date as December 29, 2019, the app would save it as December 29, 2020. ### 2/5 — Can't Back-up *2019-10-27, version 1.2.2* I loved the app until my IPad died and I lost "years" of Sermon Notes! You need to enable it to back-up our files! Recently the app repeatedly crashes in the middle of note taking, losing all the notes I’ve taken. I used to love this app and recommend it but now it’s awful and I’m searching for a replacement. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2017-05-26, version 1.2.2* I have had the app for years and really want to love it, for many reasons, I cannot. The outlining feature keeps disappearing, no outlining available. It was a great feature (when it worked). No backup available. I lost discipleship class notes and don't know how, just gone and no backup. I reached out to Simon apps many time online with no response. The new one will not. I use a Zagg keyboard on my iPad, so landscape operation is a must. I’ve lost data and it does not save to the iCloud so I can’t retrieve anything that I have typed. It doesn’t have a bold button or a back button to undo an error. It freezes, it closes out in the middle of using it. I think now I will finally look for another church notes app and leave this one alone. This is very disheartening as I truly value the sermon notes I have and like to go back and reference my notes. The only problem I've experienced was when I upgraded to an IPhone 6S Plus the data didn't transfer from my other phone. ### 5/5 — Awesome! I emailed the support team because the formate toolbar was missing after updating/restoring my replacement iPad, they quickly responded to inform me what the issue was, and had the problem resolved the very next day!!!!! I highly recommend it not just to church goers for taking notes but also for preachers. Scripture verses becoming links is perfect. In fact I used it tonight as I was preaching. It worked flawlessly.
