The Chutex app supports users equipped with Chutex airbag vests and their loved ones on a daily basis, ensuring enhanced safety, preserved independence, and shared peace of mind.

Designed to work with Chutex’s smart vest range (Elder, Belto, ProSecure…), the app lets you connect, monitor, and manage protective gear in real time, while building a bridge between users and their trusted network.

Two roles, one app:

During sign-up, the user chooses their role:

    Wearer: You wear a Chutex airbag vest and want to activate it, track your data, share your status, and automatically alert your guardians in case of a fall.

    Guardian: You’re a family member, caregiver, or healthcare professional. You can track the wearer’s location, receive instant alerts in the event of a fall, and monitor their activity.

Key features:

Fall detection and alert
Thanks to built-in sensors in the vest, the app automatically receives alerts in the event of a fall. Designated guardians are immediately notified, along with the exact location.

Real-time GPS tracking
The wearer can securely share their location with guardians. This allows for discreet and reassuring monitoring, especially in critical situations.

Easy connection between loved ones
Each wearer has a unique code to share with their guardians. By entering this code in the app, guardians become part of the wearer’s safety network.

Vest status monitoring
Wearers can check the battery level, airbag cartridge status, and receive notifications in case of malfunction or low battery.

Secure data & privacy protection
All data is encrypted and complies with European privacy standards. The wearer remains in full control of who can access their information.

Bluetooth synchronization
The app connects easily to the vest via Bluetooth, ensuring a simple, fast, and intuitive experience.

Integrated support
Quick access to customer support is available within the app for any questions regarding the device, usage, or safety.
