The five different ETF portfolios made it easy to choose, with the advisor’s help, the best mix for me. The advisors actually DO respond to emails in a timely manner and DO answer the question(s) AND will offer better or other suggestions. I love it that I can make an appointment for a telephone meeting for questions and advice. The mobile platform is so easy to use on my iPhone. The web based platform which I use with my MacBook is even better. I can see the progress of my investments easily. I have been a DIY investor for almost 20 years.
