The app states that transfers go through within three business days. This is not true. I have been waiting long past three days and am still waiting for transfers to be processed. Customer service reps on chat are completely unhelpful. They are very apologetic have not been able to rectify the problem. If you can’t invest money, what’s the point of having an account? Waste of time and energy. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience, better go with another option *2020-03-03, version 3.7.2* My experience with WealthBar started out great. I contacted them and asked about my eligibility before opening an account. I received a reply saying yes, I could open an account as long as I had a minimum of $25,000. A couple months later, I get contacted by WealthBar saying I’m not eligible for an account and I’ll have to close down my account. This is understandable as I am no longer a Canadian resident. I see my portfolio liquidated with some profits available on my account page for a day. When I receive my funds back, I get my initial investment minus the fees. NONE of my profits were returned to me. I contact the team for an answer and the team stated they had ‘reversed’ my positions despite seeing the trades. When I check again, the trades were removed from my account. Hence, I would caution all potential customers before proceeding with WealthBar. ### 1/5 — Withdrawl *2019-10-10, version 3.6.2* I have made a withdraw for a month.it still can not show in my bank account……fake investment apps……cant take money back… ### 1/5 — Net loss returns in 10 months. In the meantime, it gets one star only because it is not possible to rate it zero stars. However, when I try to log into the app, and put in the verification code sent to my phone or email, it tells me “verification error, check username or password”. ### 2/5 — Who redesigned this *2022-04-12, version 2022.2.2* I loved wealthbar and when you bought it you promised it will be ok. Not only did your marketing strategy involved obnoxious redesign notifications, the actual UX and UI of what was done is abysmal. That's from a UX designer. The typefaces, the placements, the dollar sign at the END of the sum... The five different ETF portfolios made it easy to choose, with the advisor’s help, the best mix for me. The advisors actually DO respond to emails in a timely manner and DO answer the question(s) AND will offer better or other suggestions. I love it that I can make an appointment for a telephone meeting for questions and advice. The mobile platform is so easy to use on my iPhone. The web based platform which I use with my MacBook is even better. I can see the progress of my investments easily. I have been a DIY investor for almost 20 years.
