It lacks FaceID integration, it requires a separate app just for tokens which should be baked into the main app. And it is really old, static and outdated how the transactions are listed. ### 2/5 — HEAR ME OUT PLEASE !!! *2024-07-09* 1. I don’t see the point of forcing people to changing their passwords every 6 months. Please get rid of that ! I have accounts in the US and I never have to change my password every 6 months. 2. Please introduce face ID log in, it maks things much easier. I mean, even Instapay has face ID and it’s a shame that a big bank like CIB does not have this option for their customers. Those two are my only complaints, for now. Up to date please. ### 2/5 — Bad UX *2022-07-04* You should seriously consider hiring a UX designer. Anything that requires filling out a form, whether it be signing up or making a transfer to another bank account, is extremely tedious. The app will tell you there’s an error without specifying what information needs to be revised or what was entered incorrectly. For example, when I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t let me, I had to figure out through trial and error over that the issue was with the username. When I tried to make a transfer to another bank account, I entered everything correctly, but there was still an error and I can’t figure out why because it won’t specify what needs to be fixed. The app needs to be usable, you can’t inform all your customers to call your call-center or visit a branch. This can also be passcode login or Touch ID login. 2- make the transaction appear in the app faster!
