Using iPhone X, it no longer saves my details. If I activate the app then close it, it requires reactivation again. Too sad the last update just broke it. PLEASE FIX IT.

The biometric security is not available in the new version like the old one.

I should enter password instead of using fingerprint or FaceID.

You receive the serial number and activation code via sms, when I go to copy the codes every time I have to start over and the application reset itself when it goes in the background. Do better job

It's 2024. There are a ton better and more secure authentication options than OTP. 

Use biometric data, or a PIN, put the authentication already in the mobile banking app.

أسوء تطبيق تعاملت معاه ، معقد وبطئ.
ليه أصلًا احتاج تطبيق غير تطبيق البنك عشان اعمل تحويل عادي داخل مصر، كل بنوك العالم بيتم ارسال الotp تلقائيًا ،مش محتاج كل التعقيد ده والخطوات دي. 
سئ جدًا جدًا وعيب علي بنك بالحجم ده في ٢٠٢٣ يكون ده شكله و دي طريقة تشغيله.
لا يستحق اي نجوم.

This is by far the stupidest token app I’ve ever had to deal with. I had it activated and suddenly it’s requesting reactivation and it won’t even let me. It’s glitching and every time I have to contact the call center, delete the app and re-download because it won’t let me finish the activation. It’s a complete waste of time. This bank is stupid and is of the worst service.

After the update I have to inter the pin manually every time I want to generate a code. Face ID is not working anymore
