Mobile app hasn’t worked in a couple days. If you’re pushing out your new app early, that’s fine, but we can’t wait until the end of the month and not have a working app because you can’t mobile deposit through the web.  I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and it won’t let me login. Your customers deserve a working mobile app.

Just as the reviews before mine say- this app is pretty much as useful as being a button on your screen to press and do nothing for you beside see your account balance. You have to call customer service or use their website on a computer to navigate any personal information, transfer externally, etc., anything that you can do easily on any other banking app. They can and should be doing better- not sure what they’re waiting for. Pay someone to make a useful app for your customers!

I’ve been with CIBC for many years. If you live in Chicago I still think they are a pretty good bank. However, I am getting really sick of this relic. Every year CIBC sends a customer voice email and for the last two years the take away has been “we need to improve our digital services.” What a joke. Read the other reviews the app has been in a tech-demo state for the last six years. For the most part functionality is missing out barely works. CIBC knows their app is a problem and their lack of action is troubling And is, perhaps becoming telling of real attitude towards customers.
