My credentials are not being saved in the app, and I have to log in every time. The main functionality itself is also an issue — the app’s landing page directly goes to CIBIL alerts, and I am not able to navigate to other tabs. This has been the case for the last couple of weeks. We're here to help! ### 2/5 — Login and forgot password is not smooth *2026-05-17* Login requires two OTP verifications (SMS + email) every single time — the app doesn’t retain login state at all. That’s not a smooth experience; it’s frustrating. “Forgot Password” is broken — the service appears to be down, making it impossible to reset. Biometric login is buried in Settings instead of being prompted after the first successful login. Worse, enabling it requires entering your password again — defeating the purpose. For a paid app, this level of UX is unacceptable. I subscribed still it was showing me plan every time i logged in 2. I once opened my app by directly clicking on the notification of Cibil and since that day whenever I opened the app it always took to me to the alerts screen and there is no back button on ios app to go back to the dashboard page To resolve both the issues i had to reinstall the app and now it works. **Developer response:** Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. However, recently, the app experience has been so poor. Firstly, every time I login and exit the app, next time I’m again asked to login using OTPs sent to mobile and email. When I try to enable biometric login, those options are not clickable. These frequent checks can negatively affect a person’s CIBIL score even when no loan or credit card is applied for. This is unfair to consumers. A credit score should reflect a person’s financial discipline, not repeated internal checks done by banks for their own purposes. For over 10 days now I’m getting the error that “System error - Our systems are currently undergoing an upgrade” Filling the form & contact support is of no use(I already have a ticket created last Monday of no use). Support is just a group of non technical people who only knows to say “ we have taken your complaint”.. no response at all..
