Excellent Service ### 2/5 — Very poor onboarding, registration *2022-07-28, version 1.5.8* It is quite difficult to create a new account/profile. The app doesn’t allow automatic password generation, and keychain generated passwords are incompatible. This is very poor, and will reduce app security. This feels like a web app, rather than a native iOS app. ### 4/5 — Great App *2022-05-15, version 1.5.8* The problem is that the receipt section is not showing up. It comes up with an error. You can’t order things like hot oat milk on the side because there is just no option to. The people in the store had no idea how to communicate it either. There is no free text entry. And to top it off you now can’t log in - my password works on the cibo website but not the app, same issue with my colleagues. There’s also a significant delay on top of the requested order time as a result of the order not being sent through to staff, I’ve had to show my email receipt a number of times, to avoid this I show up 5 minutes after the requested pick up time and haven’t had an issue. It keeps logging me off after every use - it used to be signed in all the time. Also the staff r all amazing, friendly and professional. They always remember the coffee I order and my 11 year old as well. We live near Burnside CIBO, HUTT Strret CIBO, Norwood CIBO and the Avenues CIBO we stop every morning on the way to school to get coffee. Perfect coffee every time Thnku Kate & Hugo ### 5/5 — Cibo Prospect SA *2020-04-05, version 1.5.8* Contacted Cibo Prospect, SA after receiving the Cibo email regarding the Cibo Care packs. Thought they were a great idea and decided to send one to my daughter at home. I contacted her closest cibo at Prospect, who were not yet set up for the care packs, having only themselves received the email the day before. One lady, Anita, I think might be a manager, was very willing to work with me and innovate. At this time, innovation is going to mean the difference between making good in business and not. They worked with me there, on my care pack, communicated well with me and got it delivered for me when it was possible for them. My daughter was so pleased with what we’d all come up with to put together for her... so I had her post the care pack on Instagram for them #Cibo Prospect! Thanks guys!
