It forces you through a long onboarding process showcasing features you cannot use at all unless you immediately pay. There is no free tier, no trial—nothing. You’re essentially being sold before you’ve had any chance to evaluate the product. That alone is a huge red flag. Legitimate apps let users test core functionality before asking for money. They also claim they were the App Stores “App of the Day,” but I couldn’t find any evidence to support that. If true, it should be easy to verify—yet it isn’t. This feels like a bait-and-pay setup rather than a trustworthy app. Avoid this unless you’re comfortable paying upfront with zero ability to try it first and don’t mind all of the Red Flags **Developer response:** Hello, on the top left on the paywall you have close button to close it and test the app. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2025-12-18* Nothing works on the scan barcode doesn’t detect half of the time in US products ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-07-12* It shows only the info you can read on a package. Nothing useful. No info about ingredients, how harmful or useful the product. Useless paid app. Removed. **Developer response:** It shows: - ingredients information - latest online users’ reviews - explaining if the product is compatible with your skin - telling you how to use it - telling you what you need to be careful about - giving you better alternatives And all this for beauty products only. With this app, you can scan beauty, food, books, and more, and you’ll get specialised features for each kind of product you scan. ### 1/5 — Платное или бесплатное приложение/не работает *2025-02-24* Приложение платное? Скачала, один раз отсканировала-информация высветилась.
