I am unable to access this app.  I have removed and re up loaded the app and the error still exists.  I have contacted the phone number in regard to getting assistance, who advised to do the what I’ve done.  I need this for my mother!  I don’t understand why there is such an issue.  I don’t even want to rate a star but unfortunately can not leave a review without doing so.

I have struggled to use this app I’m sort to say I don’t find it fit for purpose 
Right now it won’t accept my mobile phone or email address as valid? 
I don’t care about newsletters I want to connect to my relative Where do I set up a meeting?
