Customer service doesn’t respond to emails and the website is unhelpful. Please invest in better ux designers and developers because this is a horrible app experience. Just sits there and spins then if I’m lucky it might go through on my second or third attempt. Also after I pay my bill it gives me a confirmation number and shows it’s zero balance due but actually it doesn’t even process through my bank. Not only does it look much nicer now, I can make payments too. I was able to set up payments with my credit card so I don’t have to think about making a payment every month. LOVE IT ### 5/5 — Finally!
