### 5/5 — Great app

*2017-12-19, version 1.3*

Needed to update to support iPhone X please

### 5/5 — Great aid to stop smoking

*2017-10-10*

This app is a great aid to stopping smoking, very simple but it works. It’s nice to see your progress on a graph. Savings are shown also which is very nice.

### 5/5 — Like this app a lot

*2017-08-20, version 1.3*

Would be a useful addition to add some history to the Apple Watch, especially time since last cigarette.

### 5/5 — Good motivation

*2017-06-14, version 1.3*

It really helps to have an app to mark each cig and how often. Awesome how awareness helps!

### 5/5 — excellent

*2017-02-25, version 1.3*

In my opinion, this one is by far the best app of this kind. Others do not do anything even close.

As a byproduct, I noticed that the amount of cigs per day declined since I've started using the app.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2016-06-21, version 1.1*

Thanks to the developers. Simple app that helps you consciously keep track of your cigarette intake. I've cut down from a pack a day to only 4 a day. Gonna keep it up using this app until I quit fully! Would like to see you add how much money you've saved compared to your normal intake

### 5/5 — Counts cigarettes smoked, not days without them

*2016-04-19*

Most quit smoking apps count days cold turkey. This is the only app I could find that could help me work out how much I was actually smoking then track progress as I cut back

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2016-02-19, version 1.1*

I use the paid version, which is worth the $. In the history section, I can add, subtract, correct the time.

This app has helped me tremendously, everything else has failed. I log my smokes when I extinguish them. I know I can go 38 min between smokes. So, b4 I light up, I look at how many minutes it's been. I try to put the cig off for at least 5 more minutes and sometimes I can delay it to 38 or greater. It works b/c I actually see how often I smoke and I can set objectives.

I wish it had the option to start a new day at whatever time you chose, rather than midnight. I'd like to start my new day when I wake up. Selecting your own default time and/or the option of clicking a "start the day" button would be great.

I wish it had an analysis section where I could select a time span and compare just that chunk of hours by date. Example: I'm weakest in the morning, and strongest at night. So, I'd like to compare all my dates between 6am and 11am. Currently, I have to go in each date to see where I was at on any previous date.

And, since no one likes failure, I wish it had an option to isolate and remove from your total days smokes any given time span. Some people might go to bars, casinos, wakes, family parties... Stressor button things... It would be nice to isolate those times and have that time span appear in a different color. So, a history might read:
2/13 33 smokes
2/14 32 + 10 smokes
2/15 31 smokes

Lastly, on my wish list, I use lozenges & an occasional puff on an ecig but there is no place to log those things to know if they are helping or hurting me.

It's a great app, as is! It is definitely worth the $! I'm not dealing with any adds and it is easy to use. It has helped me tremendously! I will be cig free by Easter. (40+ days from my start date) Thank you for this amazing app!!!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2015-11-06, version 1.0*

Trying to quit right now and honestly thought I smoked less. Seeing how much I smoke everyday and seeing the trends help me the times I quit. The history feature is nice since I can review when I smoke the most. Overall great app for people who want to control and quit their smoking.

### 5/5 — What I was looking for

*2015-09-10, version 1.0*

Very nice app and I wish it has more motivation features

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Achievements won’t open; support ticket won’t send.

*2020-12-19, version 1.3*

Achievements won’t open, even bought the upgraded version... could’ve been a good app but now it’s just a waste of money.

### 1/5 — Need iCloud sync, Widget and Watch Complications

*2017-03-14, version 1.3*

Per the subject, it will be MUCH easier to GLANCE how much I've smoked from my Watch and iPhone. Right now I have to open the app every time I want to add a number.

Finally, the app is available for both iPhone and iPad, but the data did not sync. So now I have 2 different data.

### 2/5 — Keeps Crashing

*2023-05-23*

I generally like this app. It’s a good way to monitor Your smoking. However, it always crashes/closes when I want to do anything other than log. So I cannot see the history or graphs, which be useful . I have reinstalled but it keeps happening so have deleted the app

### 2/5 — Love app before iOS Update- buggy Apple Watch app

*2017-12-16, version 1.3*

Before the recent iOS update, this app )by its nature) was my most used app, as it’s beautifully designed, simple to use, integrated with HealthKit, and best of all, helps my monitor my cigarette consumption. But, the app hasn’t been updated in a year, and now it’s quite buggy- especially the Apple Watch app, which never seems to be in sync with the iPhone app. I really hope the developer releases an update soon to address these issues. If they do, I’d happy change my rating to 5 stars.

### 4/5 — Great cigarette tracker for us absent minded smokers

*2017-10-28, version 1.3*

Does a great job tracking long term, but i would like to see a graph of when i smoked my cigarettes. the info is kinda hidden you have to tap that day and it give you the tines but i’d really appreciate more in depth analysis daily statistic.

I’m trying to quit so this would help me more easily identify triggers.

### 4/5 — Excellent App, 2 Requests

*2017-04-27, version 1.3*

I've found this to be the best, frills free, useful app for this purpose and used it for years. The addition of Apple Watch support is absolutely a feature worth spending a buck for. I have 2 longstanding requests that would give this app 5 stars:

1. The ability to add a note to each day, that can give an explanation for a "heavy" day or insight into a "light" day.

2. Syncing across mulitple devices.

The developer says implementing #2 would require iCloud support, which on principal is something he doesn't want to do, because of user privacy concerns. I don't know the specifics, but I understand and appreciate the concern. Nonetheless, it would make this app more useful for me.

### 4/5 — Good app, but can be improved

*2016-08-20*

Would it be possible to add a watch complication or a notification centre widget for quick entry ? That would be awesome ! And thanks for this app, very well done

### 4/5 — Nice & Simple

*2016-07-09*

Great app. Simple. Does what is says - and no annoying Social Networking capabilities - yeah.

### 4/5 — Makes me more mindful about my smoking.

*2016-04-03*

Been using it for 2 weeks now, mostly via the watch. It's made me much more mindful of each smoke.

Only suggestion, show last time I smoked on the phone app, because I can never remember if I logged the cigarette I'm smoking.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2015-10-22*

Looks great, love the stats and achievements. I use the watch app every day for quick entry but please please please add a watch complication for time since last cigarette! And maybe a glance for number of cigarettes smoked. This app could be the poster child for Apple Watch if it made full use of watchOS2 features. I would personally pay a little extra for these features.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple and best App

*2024-11-04*

No useless bells and whistles. It’s between you and yourself. Keep track of your smoking and make your own decisions

### 5/5 — Fantastic it helps!

*2024-05-17*

I started using this app almost a year ago and has helped me to cut my smoking in 1/2.

### 5/5 — It helps

*2024-01-02*

Been smoking for 20 plus years. Since I’ve used this app, my cigs per day has dropped a great deal. It holds me accountable.

### 5/5 — Finally!

*2023-12-17*

Finally an app with cool stats, to help me track my smoking progress. And it’s so easy to use. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Amazing! So helpful.

*2023-10-02*

A really great little tool. If you’re finished with this addition the first thing is to get know your enemy! Tracking makes you think about each cigarette and get to untangle your reasons for smoking while working towards your goal. Low pressure so you can be kind to yourself and really get to the bottom of the problem. Thanks for this basic but life changing tool. It’s saved me $150 in a week so I’m happy to pay the $1.99.

### 5/5 — Good app!

*2023-01-05*

Good/Stable App. Very useful if you want to start tracking your smoking and time between cigarettes, money saved, etc.

The Apple Watch counter is a great touch and makes tracking very easy! The Force Touch to add cigarette for the iPhone is handy too.

I know this app hasn’t been updated in 6 years at this point but it hold up pretty good so I paid for the ad-free version.

Would love to see more functionality in the future. On the Apple Watch app: text statistics, history, and some customization options (colours of counter). On the iPhone app: more statistics or chart visualizations like average time between cigarettes, motivational notifications or gamification, shortcuts support, widgets support, live activities support, and apple health integration (if apple ever lets us track smoking alongside the myriad of other things in the health app.)

Overall a very good app that keeps it simple. Would recommend downloading if this is what you’re looking for. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Winner!

*2021-08-27*

No lecturing. No pressure. Simple. Revealing. Surprising. Self empowering. For me perfect and I’ve tried a few!! To cut down or quit this is a beauty.

### 5/5 — Best App for monitoring your cigarettes

*2020-09-04*

This app is simplistic yet informative. The history allows you to compare to previous days and the times. Which allow you push yourself to go longer to reduce your cigarettes. One thing which would be really good would be to allow you to connect up with other people so you can motivate each other and compare quantities of cigarettes smoked and effectively reduce them over time

### 5/5 — Simple & effective

*2020-07-13*

Great tool to help quit smoking. Far less complicated than other similar apps.

Maybe a few other graph styles would be cool?

Freezes every so often.

### 5/5 — A great assistant

*2019-11-07*

Thanks for providing this useful tool for realistic recording of the habit and mapping of my journey towards freedom.
