This is a horrible app, and the only way to submit a claim. I feel like I’m held hostage by the experience every time I submit a claim. It almost always takes 4 or 5 times trying to submit a claim.

This app is so cool and has perfect English. If you don’t know how to change it to English you are probably razist or not very smart. If that’s the case GEt OUT oF ChINA peasant foreigners!!!! But fr fr call that 400 number on the card ask them to help you be patient because USA has lower life expectancy than China now. So you don’t have long to live. Spend the little time you have alive not being angry and take care of your high blood pressure McDonald’s American diet you capitalist pig! But fr fr this app is easy just call the number 9/11 never forget 🫡🇺🇸🦅
