I wouldn’t say it has the best UX, but it’s better than most insurance trash apps out there where a simple back button could nuke your whole draft. logins actually don’t fail half the time (yes, this is the benchmark for insurance apps) and the UI isn’t constantly shifting and jumping around, can’t ask for more I guess ### 1/5 — Claim is troublesome *2025-09-08, version 1.1.47* Limited panel coverage and troublesome to claim if not on the panel. Isn’t Face ID login enough? Why is SMS verification also required? 2. If uploading a claim takes a little longer, I am forced to log in again, and all previous information is lost. 3. Saved drafts disappear after exiting the app. 4. For pending claims, uploading new documents to resolve issues doesn’t work at all and keeps failing.
