Good enough to submit and track claims. Absolutely useless to understand benefits and coverage. Broken navigation and incomplete results when tracking deductibles. Outdated interface and poorly designed navigation. Redirects to the main website are useless, as there is no SSO and the credentials don’t work for cross-authentication, requiring separate user ids. Bad experience overall, but minimally useful for submitting claims
