I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, but I’m still getting charged every month. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, and each time they tell me that my subscription has been cancelled, but the charges keep coming. It’s incredibly disappointing that despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, nothing has changed. The app itself may have potential, but the subscription management and customer service are terrible. I tried first on my laptop, but it would not let me pay with a card, GCash, or any reasonable means. It needed me to get an E-Pin from a different vendor, which has zero guidance on how to do. So then I tried to use the app instead, and again it is entirely not letting me pay to watch the olympics.
