## What is Cigonia?

Based in Quebec, Cigonia is an interdisciplinary, pioneering and innovative clinic, specializing in perineal rehabilitation, physiotherapy, pediatrics, sexology, osteopathy, psychology, acupuncture, nursing care and perinatal support. Perineal physiotherapy is an effective and recognized solution for the majority of pelvic-perineal problems.

Launched in 2022, Cigonia App is an application reserved for the clinic's patients, serving as a personalized tool for monitoring patients and sharing exercises. Patients have access to their personal file containing the recommendations of the nursing staff and their personalized exercises. Accessible on smart phones and on the Web, Cigonia App is an easy-to-use tool for its customers, created with the aim of making the relationship between patients and therapists more convenient and functional.

Our team is made up of physiotherapists in perineal rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, sexologists, a psychologist, nurses, a birth companion and an acupuncturist working in close collaboration and having accumulated several years of practice in their respective fields. Their dedication and involvement in several research and training activities testify to their expertise. Regularly participating in advanced training, international congresses and seminars, the  professionals of the Cigonia clinic are on the lookout for the latest knowledge and advances in these specific fields.
