Application n’est pas à la hauteur de nos attentes . Nous perdons plus de temps à remplir les ordres de virements format papier , alors que nous avons cru que la solution digitale via l’application était fiable ! C’est dommage d’autant plus que ça fait des mois qu’on nous promet d’améliorer l’application et de solutionner tous ces problèmes mais en vain !!!!!! ### 1/5 — Mise à jour urgente nécessaire *2021-05-12, version 1.7.8* Impossible d’accéder au compte ou de réaliser la moindre opération. J’espère qu’un jour CIH l’améliore pout atteindre au moins le niveau de l’appli des particuliers. ### 1/5 — Fix *2020-08-04* Can’t get what i need This app is useless, There’s a lot of problems, we need an update to fix all the bugs and make this app ready to use ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Too old, basic, and not developed like the normal CIH *2025-04-15* For an option that meant for real financials and name that gives a connotation (pro) of perfection than that u not used to. This app is really basic. It works like the first bank app that ever created year 2013. Doesn’t even have the basic features ina bank app like ,notifications , names of people you receive from, easy access to transfers. And too lany other features tgat you can find at any bank app even the CIH NORMAL is way better than pro . Security is too tight on the client however not that good great keeping their info safe. And more frustrating is language option is not available only french. Which some entrepreneurs like me don’t use (on the other hand arabic or english will do) Hope they join 2025 bank updates ### 1/5 — Une des pires applis que j'ai du utiliser *2024-11-16, version 1.12.3* Pour une banque de la place, avoir une appli qui fonctionne une fois sur deux est alarmant. Applis bourrée de bugs et expérience utilisateur difficile.
