Many customers need English documents for visa applications, international services, studies abroad, and financial procedures. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I contacted the bank by email multiple times and received no response whatsoever. A bank should not ignore its customers when they need assistance with important administrative matters. The mobile app may work, but customer service and international support are far below the standards expected from a modern bank. If you deal with international institutions, be prepared for unnecessary delays, frustration, and poor communication. Interestingly, the system errors always seem to result in money being deducted from your account and never added to your balance.
