I can pay for crystals and the app will take my money, but no crystals are being added to my account. I have written to support but have not heard back yet. Until this bug is fixed, the app is not worth downloading. Don’t download this app until they fix this bug. Most recently the creator of the app reached out to me and directed me to the contact page on their app. That also did not work so I reached out via email and until this day no one had replied to me and Apple did not send me a refund which was not accepted. I deleted the app and still have not received that refund. What do I do in this case since I have not heard back and no one replied to my email. Do I report it to my bank?
