And when I said y should I give extra delivery charge only for one item… they gave me lame answer to refuse the product at time of delivery!!! Is this a solution????? ### 1/5 — SCAM, Not trustworthy, CHEATER *2023-05-01* I received an empty package from Cilory instead of the clothes, but the customer care representative told me that this is not possible as they do quality check before sending the item. First, they cheat and second, they don't accept that someone inside the company running a scam and cheating. When you don’t accept that the customer only received empty packages, you are encouraging your employees to do more scams. So people, please be careful. Don’t use Cilory. Cilory is a scam. Once they cheat you, you won’t get any response from their team despite sending multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. Doesn’t worth the risk. Please don’t install Cilory. There is no guarantee that you will receive your order like me. Save your hard-earned money and use another online platform. Cilory is not trustworthy. Be careful about it, they won't return your money as well. ### 1/5 — Never buy products from Cilory *2023-04-18, version 17.0* I placed order. Done payment in advance. Received SMS and App update saying item delivered. Had couple of calls with support team. They said they will revert in 48 hours. But neither they reverted, did not returned my amount. I had booked 2 sarees worth Rs 1600. NEVER TRUST CILORY. ### 3/5 — No wishlist option *2023-02-26, version 16.9* Unable to fetch wish list option anywhere on the app . Can you help me out ? ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-02-05* Keeping aside the product, I want to state that the service is totally third class. The product was delivered to me at my home address but it did not fit me. So I wanted to return it. Now the customer care says that it can’t be picked up from my home address as it doesn’t come under the service zone. Now they as asking me to courier the product for which I will be reimbursed up to rs 120, not more than that. I don’t understand how you can deliver at a certain address and not pick up from there. This is a fraud app and I believe all the good ratings are biased and fake. The expected date was 8 July today is 12 th July no response and no information about my package yet and there is no way to cancel the same. If you have any concerns related to return/refund then this people will make you go through hell.. i have raised a return request and it's been more then 10 days, no proper response…. ### 1/5 — Fraud website *2021-12-01* I have cheated through this aap they tricked me , n deduct 1499 rupees from my bank account, going to fill case against this website, They said u can transfer ur money from transfer option from ur cilory wallet to personal bank account, as I entered my pin money has been deducted from wallet n start showing 0 but still not reflecting any money in my personal account number. Also deduct 1499 from bank account, they trapped me . ### 1/5 — Worst app! *2021-11-22, version 11.8* I recently ordered a dress. The quality was ver bad and itchy. So I requested for return. There was no response from them for quite few days. When I contacted customer service, they said that I myself need to courier the dress to an address with my money.
