Since I no longer have access to my account, I am unable to submit a support ticket through the app, so I am reaching out via email instead. I would like to request help in recovering or claiming the funds remaining in my account. I have already submitted my valid ID and a selfie for verification, but I was informed that my selfie did not match your verification requirements. I was also advised that the review process would take 1–2 days. However, it has now been a week since my account was closed, and I have not received any updates regarding my case. Because my account is closed, I cannot create a support ticket or follow up through the usual channels. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible and would appreciate any update on the status of my verification and fund recovery. Recently, I noticed that late fees and other charges were added to my account.I have been contacting customer service regarding this issue, but all the responses I have received have been generic and have not specifically addressed my concern.I already provided screenshots of my payment history as well as proof of the actual payments made. Based on my records, all payments were made on time and in the correct amount. However, it seems that my explanations and supporting documents are not being properly reviewed or understood.I would appreciate a clear and detailed explanation of why these late fees or charges were applied to my account. If there was an error, I request that the charges be reviewed and corrected accordingly. As a customer, I expect transparency regarding any fees assessed on my account. ### 1/5 — WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! *2026-06-10, version 4.0* I am switching to other digital bank now but let me tell you why: This app has been my preferred app for a year now I believe. Now there’s this so-called ANNUAL REVIEW that they require as mandatory for security purposes. I don’t mind submitting documents in regards to my remittance transactions as proof of income but what upsets me is that they keep declining my documents showing proof of transactions (from WISE to my upsave). My employer sends money thru WISE, and WISE sends that money straight to my UPSAVE. Their support is a HEADACHE. Also their app frequently goes under MAINTENANCE these days. What other reasons should I cling to? For why I should stay with this app. For any practical reasons and technicality, there’s no more.. Why would I bother my employer to process COC just for me to maintain a savings account? Worst of all, This account of mine doesn’t even have REVI and other features enabled in the first place, so?? I am done!!!!
