My issue is when using restream with the RTMP, my live stream would not happen. I live stream a lot so I can’t use this for most of my projects if the RTMP doesn’t stream. **Developer response:** We're sorry you had an issue with RTMP. We have no other users reporting issues using RTMP. Customer service was delayed. That caused me to leave a negative review. However The CEO of the Cinamaker contacted me. Yes that’s right the Founder and CEO reached out to me. That means a lot this day and time. Found out the issue is a new bug which happens and will be fixed. This company is not a flyby night China app maker they care about getting right. I can and will work with a company like this. Thanks Ben, **Developer response:** Thanks for your time to work this out. ### 3/5 — Potential and Frustrations... *2022-05-28, version 2.18.37* Lots of potential... The app is not fully mature, but I expect future upgrades to address some of the issues. For me, there are three major weaknesses: 1.) most folks won't have a WIFI signal strong enough to keep from getting a warning about synched audio and dropped video feeds. Even wired, issues pop up. My audio is often out of sych. Videos (Cinamaker calls these movies) often drop out complete during stream. You can go back and fix the issues later (that's much appreciated), but the LIVE feature is not ready for prime time. 2.) the media manager is a long way from being professional. Because you can only see one element of a grouped graphic at a time, It takes a long time (lots of trial and error) to create a lower third with more than one text/image. And once you have it created, there no way to duplicate a group or image. You must start from Step One each time. Very frustrating. There's no way to change the appearance of an element. You can't make its entry narrower. Images can't be named. (The workaround is to place each element in a group and name the group...) It would be nice to place videos in a group and trigger the group so that after the first video played the second, third, fourth played automatically. 3.) You can't load different images for different shows. For example, if you do a children's church broadcast and then a Sunday worship service for adults, you can't load the shows individually into the program. You'd have to leave all the images in and manually pull one program's content to the bottom of the manager. If you have a lot of graphics and several shows, it gets unwieldly very quickly. The program needs to be able to save each show with a unique name and when it's loaded, it brings up the correct content. (The program allows you to save/load sessions, but that's not the same thing.) Cinamaker's support is good. They will chat with you in a timely fashion. They seem like good folks, who want to have a good product. I feel certain they will get there, but for now, while it kinda works, prepare for a lot of frustration. ### 3/5 — Good appp *2022-05-08, version 2.18.37* But for my occasionall usage price is overkill ### 5/5 — Game changer for video podcasts *2022-03-23, version 2.18.17* Absolutely love the time, money and overall hassle this saves me for creating my video podcast. Dji osmo non si collega via software suo… dovrebbe essere uno spattacolo collegare la novità di camera zoom ma non ho avuto occasione . Poi ogni volta che apro software le telecamere di iphone in riquadro sotto perdono loro configurazione di numerazione di conseguenza impostazioni, perché si mischiano le posizioni... Non appropriato. :( ### 1/5 — This app does not work. *2021-11-25, version 2.16.16* *The remotes don't connect to the editor, even when they're all on the same wifi SSID with a strong signal. Some will connect, but then drop sporadically in and out. *The remotes shoot dicey video, with image disruption, artifacts, sound dropouts and out-of-sync audio. I attempted to use this app and "system" for a live event several years ago, and the experience was terrible and left me dismayed and actually angry. I left an in-depth review, which the publisher asked me to remove and offered me a year subscription. I declined. Somehow, though the version and interface hasn't changed, my original review has been removed or bypassed. I don’t like it. The concept is a nice and flow video. I would like to rate this app a one star. ### 1/5 — iOS 18 update? Your reply to my last review was unwarranted. You basically told me to FO and good riddance. I’ve forwarded your reply to people I know at Apple Corporate. Youtube live stream videos stooped working completely. This is not a good thing. I will look into other streaming apps. It’s been many months… when are you going to fix this? ### 1/5 — Another app not being up front with what their application does *2023-12-31* I was doing research on apps that I could use for a pod cast project. Need multi camera switch and by now, I figured there was an app that can handle this. Most apps will tell you that you can use a mobile device as a camera. Well, I want to use the camera equipement I have. Specically, GOPRO's and the OSMO 3. All cameras that can be used as a webcam. Well... I was hopeful at first, the description says, connect your camera to your laptop and you will be all set. Well, the app could not connect to my gopro 12 which I use as a webcam and it kind of connected to my osmo pocket 3.... so I figured.... buy the subscription and see if you can manually add the cameras (this is not available on the free trial) well.... I paid for it and still can't connect... watching the tutural video, the app gives instructions for mobile devices only. No instructions on being able to connect other types of cameras. I would love a refund since I only used the app for a few hours but I'm sure that won't happen either. So, anyone reading this...... if you plan on using anything other than a mobile device, this is not the app. **Developer response:** We work with all cameras with the right adapter. We natively support all cameras supported by MacOS natively. Your OSMO and GoPro do not work in any other apps nor did we ever say we support them. Your review is filled with wrong information. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a response from their support team even after I followed up. Their live chat on their website no one has reponded to a message from over a month ago. Some menus or command text is out of ipad screen…duh…button is cut off by the edge os ipad? They could squeeze and fit in the ipad….it is just horrible student level project. What was most shocking was a subscription of staggering price of £269.00 per month. Hand on heart I wouldn't even pay £50 a year for this basic software. It got deleted within 2 minutes. Save your time and don't bother. Worse App I even seen regarding quality of software and the price. Geeezzzzz. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Loving it more and more *2025-01-27* It took a few trials and errors on my part to get this whole video thing into motion from a simple podcaster but, I’m using 5 camera’s now and can make things look half way decent. I’m hoping to learn more each time. The ability to change the entire shoot in post production is amazing… Changing cameras over and over again makes it look amazing. Support was quick to answer questions…. I can’t wait to master and share a few “How To’s: with fellow beginners that I learned on my own that made things work even better. ### 5/5 — Free trial *2024-08-01, version 2.26.74* Hi, seems to be a pretty good app ! But have been using this app with two iPhones which connect to the IPad for the last year. I use it record our sports games. It so ease to setup and multi camera gives me the ability to change the angles. Plus it is free if you only use two cameras. Not a lot apps give you this capability which are free.
