It rarely loads, and when it does it is super laggy. It’s like using an app from 2008 that’s never been updated. I expect better from CINC ### 3/5 — Updates are slow to roll out *2023-08-12, version 12.9.7* Home Search setup or changes to a search aren’t being saved. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t solve it. Several weeks now, when you work mobile, this function has to work. ### 2/5 — NEED MAJOR WORK! *2021-01-17, version 12.4.2* App takes forever to open and load. It keeps telling me I have 70 notifications, even when I go in and clean up the messages and notifications. I’m at the point where I’m only taking leads that come in when I’m at my desktop. Very frustrating to work with this app!!! ### 3/5 — Need an update for latest IOS update *2020-12-07, version 12.3.0* The app is fine. Two things that should be considered on next release. 1. Deploy update to address connectivity issues. Even when other apps are working fine, this one has issues connecting. 2. Implement a feature so that cinc number is used when making calls from cell phone ### 2/5 — Could be much better *2020-11-19, version 12.3.0* Too many issues to be a reliable app. Might as well stick to the website. For example, I can search a lead by name, number, etc. on the website but don’t get any results in the app. ### 3/5 — Could be better *2020-05-22, version 12.1.1* My CINC app hasn’t ever worked without flaws. I’m not sure why they can’t fix it. It seems that it went from developer to agent without a test. It’s bothersome and could be much easier to use, but I do like it. Just not a great app compared to Boomtown or some of the others. ### 2/5 — New Calendar Needs Major Improvement *2019-10-04, version 11.4.0* Not sure why they made things harder to find with the last couple of updates. The worst part is hey made the calendar absolutely not user friendly. It was PERFECT the way it was. Not too have to filter and make 15 clicks just to see what you used to be able to see the moment you opened the calendar. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD CALENDAR. I don’t want to see your CINC events that I need to pay for I want to see my teams actual calendar and what their appointments. ### 1/5 — Ungh all this money and the app is crap *2019-10-03, version 11.3.0* Constantly crashing!!! While in the field I’m not luging around my laptop !!! The app is supposed to streamline workflow. Constantly crashing !!!! Multiple calls to the support team have been unsuccessful as it’s ... “ a known issue with Apple devices and they don’t have a solution .” I’m sorry , but that’s just plain unacceptable. A new lead comes in and it’s blank ... with error messages ? How can every other crm system get this correct ? You have it correct , and simply ignore it when it falls apart . Very disappointing . Before this I would have sung CINC’s praises from a mountain top. ### 2/5 — Unable to update pipeline status *2017-12-23, version 10.3* I am unable to change he pipeline status on any leads within the app which kind of defeats the purpose of this app if I’m forced to pull out my laptop every time a new lead needs my attention. I also tried emailing this issue directly to CINC within the app using the “send feedback” feature but the ‘send’ button is greyed out and won’t allow me to send anything, so hopefully this helps get my issue resolved. ### 1/5 — Freezing After Second Tap.... *2017-09-02, version 10.1* After I open the app I click on one icon and it works. When I click on the second icon it freezes. Unacceptable for a business app I need to be able to depend on. No developer comments so they are not paying attention. Back to Kunversion, sigh.... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not even the bare minimum *2026-03-26, version 15.0.7* Barely usable & you’ll notice by the lack of review replies- Cinc couldn’t care less. Loading times harken back to dial up internet, clumsy & buggy UI, and even when I reported issues 6+ months ago they said “we’re aware & working on it” & the same issues continue- Like when adding notes to a client, when you hit save afterward? IT ERASES EVERYTHING. What you added AND everything else. Awful app & Cinc is completely unconcerned with client experience or concerns ### 1/5 — Lots of better options *2025-02-14, version 14.1.13* Have used 10 CRM's in real estate. This one has as many drawback as any other. Customer service is kind of pain in the neck and overall a lot of the features are not intuitive. Use it if you have to, but otherwise I'd keep looking. ### 1/5 — Non functional, Outdated and Poorly designed *2024-06-01, version 14.1.4* Had to use the browser, such a bad app in 2024? Not to mention your platform has issues sending to certain email address’ Wish our team had stayed with Chime. Sad. ### 1/5 — It’s all fake *2023-03-28, version 12.9.0* My experience is the lead gen is manipulated to charge for “leads” you will never make contact with. 8 months to date and not a single viable lead that is either a buyer or seller. Complaints go nowhere, they just stop responding, but never stop charging. My personal opinion, stay as far away as possible and save a lot of your money. ### 1/5 — Notifications not working *2022-02-02, version 12.6.4* I have my notifications in my CINC account settings on for everything to send a notification to CINCAgent, but I get zero notifications. I have my notifications turned on for the CINC app in my iPhone settings.
