App doesn’t work at all. Getting the same errors as others, even after deleting and reinstalling.

Doesn’t work. Upon logging in, app tries to open dashboard but at the bottom of the screen I see multiple banner error messages saying something went wrong as others have reported. Here’s an idea: TEST YOUR APP BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT!!! iPhone running  26.4. The app version is 2.0.6

Our HOA unfortunately transitioned over to CINC for everything and this honestly has to be the worst app and worst website I’ve ever used. It is honestly shocking in 2026 that there are apps and websites this bad. To whoever reads these reviews, for the love of God contact me and I will fix it for you. I’m a UI/UX developer and I’ll do it for free.

The main page shows then nothing. The app never actually opens.

I can never get this app to open. The Profile area says “Null Null 0”. I only know is the profile area because when I touch the arrow it goes to my profile. If I try to update anything in the profile, I can’t save it. Then when I try to do something else it says please save what you typed in, but I can’t. The dashboard shows nothing it repeatedly gives a message that pops up sometimes 2 to 6 times: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” It’s the same message once I log in. Wish I could add a screenshot here. My HOA went to this app last year and it has been a nightmare. The only thing that works properly is “About app”. It’s shows version 2.0.6. iTunes isn’t showing any more recent updates at this time in the App Store, so I assume I am current. Going to recommend we dump this useless app unless the developer can help with this.

And that’s as far as it gets. App hasn’t been updated in three years so my hopes are low.
