Seems shady for a financing company. App also seems outdated and needs a refresh. ### 1/5 — Poor access *2026-04-01, version 1.107.2* Fix the website so that I can have alternate access methods e-mail and text messages. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2026-03-12, version 1.107.2* I am very disappointed in this app. I would like to put my new vehicle on auto pay, but I tried to set up an account, and it won’t save it. I tried again, using the same email, and it says this email is already registered. So then I went to, forgot my password. Got the reset sent to my phone, and click the link. I just used the generic strong password and my phone saved it. Tried to login. And it won’t take it. Keep saying that the email or password is wrong. I have done this so many times that it has locked me out. I do not recommend the cinch app. It is just very frustrating! I am going to have to call every month to make my payment. ### 1/5 — Worse company *2026-02-06, version 1.107.2* Cant login. Says reset password. Did that. Says we’ll send you a verification code. Never sent. Then says we’ll call you with automated verification code. Never received. 20m on hold with customer service who says your provider is blocking phone calls and text messages. WHAT??? ### 1/5 — Fees *2026-01-14, version 1.99.2* downloaded the app only to find out that they charge a $4.95 fee to do a single bank account payment (which costs them virtually nothing). Would advise against using the app given the extraordinarily high fees ### 5/5 — 3+ yr user *2025-01-11, version 1.88.4* I’ve been using this app for close to 3 years and I’ve found simple and easy to use. Not much lagging and sign in to user account immediately. Thanks for making it user friendly without much extra work. I wish all apps were this simple. Does not matter if you change the bank account it drafts out of or the draft date. It does not update your account. I confirmed this when speaking with their customer service. Do not use this app. If you need to make any account changes it needs to be done on their website. ### 1/5 — No point in using this app *2022-12-21, version 1.57.5* You get charged a $4.95 convenience fee just to make a payment - may as well do it through your bank. If I had known this I would of just financed through another bank and still considering refinancing for this reason . No bank should be this hard up to nickel and dime people to make a payment. ### 2/5 — Can’t even upload the app *2022-11-27, version 1.57.5* I was so excited when I found the Cinch app in Apple Store. I downloaded the app and registered my account . I went on my screen to find the app so I can remove it to my bill folder and there was no sign of it. I had to do this 3-4 times to realize the app is not saving on my iPhone. Every month I had to go to App Store, type cinch in search box and hit enter for it to come up.
